Date: Monday, October 26, 2026 Time: All Day Event Location: Franklin Lakes - Children's Department BCCLS Libraries: Franklin Lakes Public Library Pick up a Halloween themed grab and go from the Children's Desk. Last day to pick up is November 1st. After this time, the projects will be passed on to our waitlist families. PreK-Grade 5. Registration required. Franklin Lakes residents will receive priority registration.
